We will be regularly adding new forms and reports to this feature. The forms and reports in this section can be used as we have provided them, or they can be redesigned to meet your needs.
The Sample Forms are built-in and cannot be altered.
Highlight the Form.Report you want - from Samples or User Created and click the Print button.
Select a Sample Form and click the Copy Sample to New User Form. This will copy and create User Form. It will be an exact duplicate of the Sample Form. You can now select this copy and click Design to make changes to meet your needs.
Select a User Form and click Design Form. You can now make changes to the form.
Select a User Form and click Copy Existing to New User Form to duplicate one of your User Forms.
Select a User Form and click Delete Form to remove one of the User Forms.
